You Will Need (7 things)

  • Toast
  • 1 Avocado
  • Squeeze Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley
  • Salt
  • Poached Egg
  • Black Pepper

Steps (3 steps, 10 minutes)

    Mash together the avocado, lime juice, salt & parsley.

    Spread the avocado mixture onto the toast.

    Top with egg.

    Sprinkle with black Pepper

    Serve.
