You Will Need (18 things)

For the cloud cake
- 250 g Flour
- 150 g Sugar
- 150 g Butter
- 6 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla

For the buttercream
- 200 g Icing Sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Soya Milk

To decorate
- Baby blue Fondant
- Star Sprinkles
- Green Food Colouring
- Red Food Colouring
- Squires Kitchen Airbrush Kit
- White Royal Icing
- Cloud Cookie Cutter
Steps (10 steps, 90 minutes)

Cream together the sugar and butter. `Beat in each egg, one at a time and then add the vanilla. Sift in the flour and mix well. Divide into two greased cake tins and bake at 180'c for 40 minutes.
Beat together the icing sugar and butter to make the icing and then add the soya milk. Spread the top of one cake with icing and place the second cake on top. Spread the top and edges of the whole cake with a thick layer of buttercream.

Roll out the blue fondant.

Lay the fondant over the cake, smoothing down at the edges and cutting excess icing from the bottom.

Sprinkle the top of the cake with star sprinkles.

Prepare the Squires Kitchen Airbrush Kit.

Starting with green food colouring, spray a line or two down the middle of your cake.

Now using red food colouring, spray some smaller lines around the cake, blending nicely into the green.

Roll out some royal icing and use a cloud cookie cutter to cut lots of little clouds.

Brush a little bit of buttercream on the back of each cloud and then position on the cake.

Dust with a few more star sprinkles and serve!
