You Will Need (10 things)
- 4 cup Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Strips Lemon Peel
- 2 in Cinnamon Stick
- ½ cup Rice
- 3/10 cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Raisins
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Brandy
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Steps (3 steps, 20 minutes)

Bring the milk, lemon peel, and cinnamon stick to a boil

Add rice and reduce heat to a low simmer for 1 hour uncovered
stir frequently to prevent burning add sugar and raisins and continue to stir to prevent sticking -

Remove from heat when reaches thick and creamy consistency
This pudding can be served chilled.
