For my Grandma.

It was only 'reasonably priced' because the material was fairly expensive. There are pictures, but I haven't uploaded them yet (they're on my other camera). If you would like pictures, please message me or comment below. Thanks xx

Description

It was only 'reasonably priced' because the material was fairly expensive. There are pictures, but I haven't uploaded them yet (they're on my other camera). If you would like pictures, please message me or comment below. Thanks xx

Instructions

  1. Draw out the shape of another well fitting apron onto newspaper. This is your template.

  2. Trace the template onto your material, making sure you add seam allowance. Also cut out the head strap and the two handles.

  3. Hem all the way round the apron shape, using a simple rolled hem. Sew the head strap and two handles, as if you were making handles for a bag (use the same technique)

  4. Add the head strap and the two handles to the apron body.

  5. Cut out the shape for the pocket and hem the top. Then hem the sides, while sewing it onto the actual apron body.

  6. You're done! There are pictures, but I haven't uploaded them yet (they're on my other camera). If you would like pictures, please message me or comment below. Thanks xx
