Lovely apple smoothie :)

You will need

2 Apple Chopped 1 tsp Runny Honey 4 Natural Yoghurt 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Lovely apple smoothie :)

Instructions

1. Juice the apples in a juicer.

2. Add the apple juice and rest of ingredients in a smoothie maker. Pour into glasses. ENJOY! Note: This serves approximatly 1 glass.
