You will need an ice cream machine to make this. This ice cream tastes just like apple pie. Really tasty.

You will need

2 Apples Chopped 1/4 cup Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Butter 1 tsp Cinnamon
Ice cream
2 Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla 1 cup Milk 2 cup Heavy Cream 3/4 cup Sugar
Crust
1 cup Tea Biscuit(s)

Description

You will need an ice cream machine to make this. This ice cream tastes just like apple pie. Really tasty.

Instructions

1. 

   Cook the apples, sugar, butter & cinnamon in a pot until the apples are soft & the liquid is thick & syrupy. Allow to cool completely.

2. 

   Whisk the sugar & eggs together.

3. 

   Add the vanilla, cream & milk. Stir to combine.

4. 

   Churn in the machine for approx 1 hr.

5. 

   Transfer the ice cream to a box & stir in the apples. Stir in the crushed tea biscuits. Mix until incorporated.

6. 

   Serve.
