Quick & easy to make cookies. I have added chocolate chips to the mixture but you could add raisins or leave them out according to personal taste.

You will need

1 cup Flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Chocolate Chips optional 1 cup Raisins optional 1 cup Oats Egg(s) 1 Egg(s) 1 cup Apple Sauce 1 cup Brown Sugar

Quick & easy to make cookies. I have added chocolate chips to the mixture but you could add raisins or leave them out according to personal taste.

Instructions

1. 

   Preheat oven to 350 Gas mark 5. Cream butter and sugars in the bowl. Add egg and applesauce, mix until well blended.

2. 

   Mix in oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add chocolate chips or raisins.

3. 

   Drop spoonfulls of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, spacing 2 inches apart.

4. 

   Bake cookies until golden and just set, 13 to 15 minutes. Let cool on sheets 5 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
