Whisk together the whole wheat flour, plain flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, soya milk, vegetable oil and egg.
Grate three quarters of the apple into the batter and stir in a handful of raisins.
Cook each pancake on either side until golden.
Serve with the remaining apple, cut into cubes and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
