You can make a Stand Pens, or anything alse you want.
Don't try away Toilet Paper Rolls, or any paper, everything you can use.
For decorating, take ribbon, perls, stikers,

You Will Need (4 things)

  • Toilet Paper Rolls
  • Decorative Paper Or Photographs From Magazines, Journals
  • Glue
  • Ribbon , Mouldings

Steps (5 steps, 30 minutes)

    Getting start, decorate rolls one by one, adn glue them together.

    The bottom you can make from cardboard, and decorate wit paper, then glue rolls on bottom.
