First make sure you have anything and that you kind of have an idea of what your teacup should look like. clay, ring, and a paintbrush (you wont be painting)and anything else to decorate your creation.
Now take some clay. ummm the size is really up to you. (My clay size was about half the size of your fingers making an "o") Cut it in half and make two balls.
Take one ball and flatten it. make sure it isnt too thin (it will tear easily) nor too thick ( it wont look like a saucer). Put this aside.
Sorry that i dont have a picture for this, but it is an easy step. Take your other ball and make it more into an oval. however make one end smaller than the other. You can flatten it a little by pressing it on the table. Next take the end of your paintbrush and stick it into the fatter part of your oval. swirl it around until you get your desired width of your teacup. Next take a small piece of (a new piece!) of clay and roll it to make the handle.
Put everything together: the handle on the cup and the cup to the saucer. Now put that bad boy into the oven for 30 mins! (follow the directions on the fimo pack)
This is mine after the oven. Now I hot glued my teacup to my ring then put a bit of felt overlapping the ring and cup. Then spray paint it gold spray paint.
Viola! I put a rhinestone inside of mine and BOOM! Alice in wonderland yay!
