Dont you hate it when all the shops are full of little fluffy heart pillows and mugs with " I wuv you" emblazened all over them......uurgh!! Well fear no more, here is a perfect gift for a fellow cynical friend or loved one. Anti-Valentines Hoops for them to diplay their distaste and disdain for the nightmare that is valentines day!

You will need

1 Embroidery Hoop 30 cm White Cotton Of Old Used Sheets 1 Needle 2 m Embroidery Thread Red

Instructions

1. 

   gather up your needle, hoops, cotton and thread

2. 

   Place your cotton on the hoop and make sure its nice and tight!

3. 

   Coose a suitable, rude word or phrase and using a running stitch, stich onto the fabric. Easy peasy and your done! Hint - sketch out your work first using a pencil, this helps you visualise the placement of the word or phrase
