These Andes Mint Brownies start with a boxed brownie mix and are topped with melted Andes Mints to make a crisp, cool ganache that take these brownies from basic to dessert superstar.

You will need

Eggs Vegetable Oil X9 family size Brownie Mix , prepared to package directions 8 ½ oz Bag of Andes Mints

These Andes Mint Brownies start with a boxed brownie mix and are topped with melted Andes Mints to make a crisp, cool ganache that take these brownies from basic to dessert superstar.

Instructions

1. Unwrap all of the Andes mints in the package

2. Prepare the brownie mix per the package directions

3. Place the Andes mints on the brownie top right out of the oven

4. Smooth the back of the mints with a spoon to create a frosting across the top

5. Place in the fridge to firm up the mint topping
