I used chelsearaye's tank top as inspiration for this zip-up hoodie. I found the sweatshirt on a clearance rack at Walmart for $4 and the rest of the supplies were what I already had on hand. I didn't cut out organs to do the placement, but sketched them freehand with chalk. Once I was satisfied I did the outlines with black fabric marker. All of the organs were painted with acrylic paint mixed about 50/50 with textile medium. When it was dry, I heat-set the paint by turning it inside out and putting it through a high heat cycle in the dryer. This was a gift for my teenage daughter, who wears it to school pretty much every day. Our joke is that she's the only person we know with the guts to wear it - haha!
