I made these based off of the tutorial "An Easy Way to DIY Hair Ties" on CO+K (member name was not available). I made them for my daughter, I need to go out and get more to make them for myself. The folded elastic is about $1.00 for a small spool (about 36in/91.4cm to 60in/152.4cm). There are also some with fun logos and prints (those are $2.00 or more). These would also make great last minute gifts.
