Easy to make. Tastes great hot.

You will need

3/4 cup Corn Meal 1 cup Plain Flour 2 1/2 tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1 tsp Cream Of Tartar 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Soured Cream 1 Egg 2 tbsp Butter Melted 1/4 cup Milk

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 200 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients.

2. 

   Add wet ingredients. Mix together.

3. 

   Mix until just combined.

4. 

   Pour into a dish. Bake for 30-35 mins.

5. 

   Serve hot with butter.
