Around my birthday, I went into an amigurmi phase, and managed to finish this as my first amigurumi doll! I was too impatient to wait for a Creepy Cute book to come in at the library, so looked online and found the website of the author, and found the patterns for this adorable fairy. I was sort of panicing while making this, another for my friend's birthday, and another once the book finally came in at the library for secret Santa (the monkey) all at once. The monkey is in the book, and the link to the book is on the same website as the fairy pattern. I scrapped together yarn I had around the house to make the dress for the fairy, and was left with a crochet chain from the practice project I took apart for yarn, and turned that into a hairband. I also added moonstone and crystal beads around the skirt and wings, but you can't really tell. I used felt for the monkey's hat and vest because I couldn't find red yarn. Please ignore the tissues and pre-cal homework
