Rnd 13- sc all Rnd 14- inc 1, sc 1 * Rnd 15- inc 1, sc 2 * Rnd 16- Inc 1, sc 2 * Rnd 17-21 sc all Rnd 22- - dec 1 sc 3 * Rnd 23- dec 1, sc 2 * Rnd 24- dec 1, sc 1 * Rnd 25- dec all and sew up hole and weave in all ends.
