Here are the ingredients! I buy my beans at Walmart, and everything I know for a fact is available there as well. Doesn't matter what brand people.
Alrighty, so start by adding about this much EVOO to your medium pan.
Ok, so add your beans. I put them all the same direction and try to make an even layer. Then sprinkle a generous dose of the salts atop the beans. Once you make it you get an idea of about how much you prefer. Some people like a lot, others like them more plain. Me? I like a nice dose, so mine look like this!
IF YOU WANT THEM CRISP: After you add the salts, let it cook for about 5 mins on med-low heat. Now STOP here and eat up for a fresher tasting version. IF YOU WANT THEM LIMPIER: After you add the salt, let them cook for a few mins on med-low heat, then, do as the picture shows, and add some water. I add enough so that the bottom of the pan is just about covered. Then I put a lid on top and let the beans simmer for about 5 mins. You don't really need to stir them.
Whatever method you choose, you'll end up with something similar to this. I hope you like it! Enjoi
