Bars needs to set up in the fridge. You can use any cookie base you like.

You will need

Base
2 cup Oreos Or digestive Crumbed 4 tbsp Butter Melted
Filling
2 tbsp + 2 tsp Corn Flour 1 1/2 cup Milk 1/2 cup Sugar 14 oz can Condensed Milk 1 1/2 cup Coconut 1 tsp Vanilla
Topping
Coconut 2 oz Chocolate

Description

Bars needs to set up in the fridge. You can use any cookie base you like.

Instructions

1. 

   Mix together Oreos & butter. Press into a dish. Set aside.

2. 

   Whisk the corn flour & 1/4 cup milk together. Set aside.

3. 

   In a pan mix remaining milk, sugar, condensed milk, coconut & vanilla together until well combined & warm.

4. 

   Add the corn flour mixture. Stir through until thick. Boil for two mins stirring constantly.

5. 

   Pour into the base. Sprinkle with coconut. Allow to cool then refrigerate.

6. 

   Melt the chocolate. Sprinkle the top of the coconut with chocolate.

7. 

   Cut & serve.
