You Will Need (5 things)

  • 5 in Yarn
  • 2 in Velcro
  • 1 x Ring Base
  • 16 cm Fabric Used cloth
  • 1 x Hot Glue Gun

Steps (11 steps, 20 minutes)

  1. 1

    Tips:
•If you don't have a glue gun, you can use a good sticky glue that will bond the pieces together.
•The yarn will be used to wrap the middle of the bow, another alternative can be a ribbon or cloth.
•Instead of buying separate ring pieces at the haberdashery try buying them in the stores. you get the base and then pull apart the item that was attached with it for later use. It does not have to be a circle like the one that I have up in the picture. It just need to be enough to hold the item together and small enough not to be seen.
•Since you are going to wear the ring often , you can apply nail polish remover on the base to prevent it from turning.

  2. 2

Cut your piece of cloth 14cm by 7.5cm
and fold it in half from the top to the bottom

  3. 3

    It should look like this

  4. 4

Sew along the side so that it can be closed. You can do this by hand too. When you are done turn it inside out.

  5. 5

Fold it in half again and sew along the sides. Cut the edges diagonally on both ends the you sewed along. Make sure to do not cut the thread and turn it inside out.

  6. 6

Pinch the cloth so that it forms the bow. Leave about 5 cm of string out and start wrapping around the cloth to get the middle piece.

  7. 7

When you are finish wrapping, tie both ends together

  8. 8

Take the Velcro and cut a piece enough
to fit into the ring and attach it together with the glue gun

  9. 9

Cut the opposite piece of the Velcro and stick it on the back of the bow

  10. 10

Create other pieces as well. There are so many different items that you can make for the ring
