It is a little hard to take a photo of your back but regardless it really does fit well. Basically take a frumpy band shirt, turn it inside out to resize it using a fitted shirt you already own. Once that is done cut a strip out of the back that you feel would be appropriate to show. Sew two layers of twill tape on [as the support for the eyelets] Evenly plan out were the grommets will go and put them on the garment. String ribbon through the eyelets in a corset style. Wear it.

After turning both inside out lay the fitted shirt on top. Trace around fitted shirt onto the band shirt. Sew on the trace lines. For more info please look at my other project that goes into more depth about how to resize. http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects /stencil_tshirt_resized
Cut out a straight strip of fabric from the neck to the bottom. I cut away about three inches but cut away as much as you feel will be appropriate. Now that you have two raw edges cut four strips of twill tape a bit longer than the raw edges. Sew the twill tape onto the raw edges by putting the raw edge between the twill. Make sure to tuck in the raw edge of the twill tape on each end.
Draw out were each grommet should go. I put mine 1 inch apart from each other. Ensure that both twill edges have grommets placed in the same areas so that the back will have symmetrical ribbons when wearing. After everything is planned out cut a small hole for each grommet and then follow the instructions your tool asks for.
String the ribbon through the eyelets like you would on a corset. This link has a photo of how I tied my corset. http://passionalboutique.com/Corsets/Corsetcare.html
