About

I had a brief facination with ACEO/ATC's so these are some that I made so far. For those of you who don't know, these cards are mandatory size of 3 1/2 X 2 1/2, which is the same size as regular playing cards. ACEO's (Art Cards, Editions and Originals) are cards that you can sell, buy, collect, while ATC's (Art Trading Card) are ones that you trade with others and collect. You can either use regular playing cards to make these or cut your own, which I have done.
The first one, the Bejeweled Butterfly, was first painted with silver paint, so it's not duct tape, :) Then I drew the butterfly with a permanent marker and glued on a plastic gem. The next 3 were done with watercolor pencils. The next one was done in pointilism with a fine point sharpie and then lightly coated with a metallic bronze paint. Next, is my printed certificate of authenticity on the back of my cards, the next two are printed versions of my drawings. The last 2 are done in permanent marker and paint.
These are fun to make. They can be displayed in either a collector's binder or framed.
