Instructions

1. Exfoliate lips and follow with balm

2. Apply a thin layer of primer or concealer to your lips

3. Apply green lipstick - I used Mint to Be by Lime Crime. Be sure to get the lips fully covered

4. Blot the lipstick lightly

5. Apply a layer of glitter gel as thick or thin as you like - I used Heavy Metal Glitter Eye Gel by Urban Decay
