A Cutout Dress With Heart
How to Add a Cute Heart Cutout Detail to a Basic Tank Dress

About
Cutout details in tops and dresses are a popular trend as the weather gets warmer. Peek-a-boo accents are a great way to show a little skin and add some sexiness to just about any outfit. An easy peasy way to “do it yourself”, without any sewing involved, is to take a simple tank or maxi dress and make a heart-shaped cutout on the back of the dress. Show a little leg, as well, by cutting a slit down the front of the dress.
