5 Minute Ice Cream In A Bag

You Will Need (9 things)
- 2 Ziplock Bag (Gallon Size)'
- 1 Small Ziplock Bag (Pint Size)
- 150 Ml / Approx. 5 Oz Double Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Of Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Of Vanilla Extract
- 6 Tablespoons Of Rock Salt
- 2 cup Of Crushed Ice
- Heavy Duty Tape
- Toppings !
Steps (4 steps, 420 minutes)

In Small Bag
* Combine Double cream , Sugar & Vanilla
* Squeeze out excess air and close bag
* Reinforce by coving the top with the heavy duty tape
* Set aside -

In a Large Bag
*Combine Salt & Ice
*Seal -

*Place the small bag (with the cream mix) into the large bag (with the ice mixture.)
*Put both bags into the last large bag.
*Make sure that the air is squeezed out of all the bags and that they are all securely closed. -

Shake! Turn your bag as you go to cool the ice cream mixture evenly.
Do this for about 5 minutes or until the cream mixture is firm but soft.
Remove ice cream bag and wipe it with a towel to remove any salt.
Cut bag open and spoon your ice cream into a cup. Add toppings and Enjoy! :)
