  2. Put a thin layer of buttter all inside the bowl.

  3. Whip the egg yolks with the 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/4 of the icing sugar until you get a light color and the volume has doubled. Incorporate then the milk (regular milk), flour and baking powder.

  4. In a small bowl whip the egg whites until stiff. Gradually add the remaining icing sugar. whip until mixture is uniform but not dry.

  5. Add in a wrapping way the white eggs mix with the yolks mix. And all into the oiled (with butter) bowl.

  6. Bake at 175 °C during 50 minutes, check is ready before taking it out of the oven with a fork/knife/toothpick.

  7. Cut off the edge of the cake with a knife before removing from pan. Let it cool completely and place on a plate. Poke the cake with a fork a few times all around! :D

  8. Mix the condensed milk, the evaporated mil, 1/4 vanilla whipping cream Slowly pour the mixture over the cake until absorbed. (It might leak a bit, that's good)

  9. Whipp the regular whipping cream and cover the cake. optional strawberries/cherries/fruit on top
