3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

Chances are you already have everything you need to make these delicious pancakes. All it takes is 3 ingredients!

You Will Need (3 things)

  • 1 ½ Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon Baking Powder

Steps (4 steps, 20 minutes)

    Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork.

    Whisk the eggs and baking powder in a separate bowl.

  3. 3

    Mix the eggs into the bananas.

  4. 4

    Fry the pancakes in melted butter on medium low heat. Each pancake should be about 2 Tablespoons (they are mini). When the edges of the pancake start to look dry that's when you know it's safe to flip them.
