This is my 1st project added to this site!! Whoo-Hoo :) This is a 2 Pc. Skirt & Tube Top with Scarf belt. It can be worn together or as seperate pcs. The scarf around the skirt can be removed, to add a belt, another scarf, or wear it plain. I can't wait to post my other projects...soon!! :)

You will need

1 m Rayon Or Silk MaterialFor Skirt 44 x Bead(s) Sewing Machine (Or Your Hands > Good Luck ^^) Notions: Thread , Scissors, Pins, Sewing Machine 1 packets 1/4" For the Top Elastic Band(s) 3/4" For the Skirt
