This will seriously be the easiest, healthy, tasty meal you've ever made! Toss some veggies together, top them with delicious, creamy, spicy shrimp! and you're set! It's so light and flavorful while only taking about 10 minutes and dirtying one pan, you've gotta give it a try!

You Will Need (8 things)
- 4 oz uncooked Shrimp
- ¼ tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Reduced fat Mayo
- ½ tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
- ½ tsp Sriracha
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- ¼ cup chopped Carrot(s)
- ¼ cup chopped Tomato
Steps (6 steps, 10 minutes)

Mix together uncooked shrimp and cornstarch

Spray a small skillet with cooking spray and heat over a medium flame

Add coated shrimp to the pan and heat until shrimp are cooked through and fully pink, about 2 minutes per side

Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce and sriracha

In a small bowl or plate, combine spinach, carrots and tomato

Lay shrimp over salad and pour on dressing mixture. Toss to combine
