Every holiday vignette needs a piece to anchor the look. Whether it's a mantle, a shelf, or buffet, a leaning frame is an easy way to ground a collection. So, I decided to dress up one frame for three different holidays to show the versatility of the piece.
Every holiday vignette needs a piece to anchor the look. Whether it's a mantle, a shelf, or buffet, a leaning frame is an easy way to ground a collection. So, I decided to dress up one frame for three different holidays to show the versatility of the piece.
Option 1: Thanksgiving Using raffia, connect two pine cones with hot glue. Drape over the top of the frame.
Hang them unevenly so they are staggered as they hang.
Cover raffia with gold ribbon. Tie a bow.
Thanksgiving option finished!
Option 2: Christmas String silver Christmas balls on twine, tying the ends around the top.
Drape over the top of the frame.
Using white ribbon, tie a bow around the top of the frame. Cover the twine with the bow.
Christmas option complete!
Option 3: New Year's Winter String jingle bells on white ribbon.
Tie the ends and drape over the top.
Using red ribbon, tie a bow over the top of the frame. Cover the white ribbon with the red bow.
New Year's Winter idea finished!
