What does your craft space look like?
I have a tiny spare bedroom, but it has a huge table from ikea, and storage everywhere.
Which tool or craft supply do you use the most?
Exacto knives. i just use them constantly.
at work i use a vinyl cutter and am learning an embroidery machine.
at home, yarn of course and washi tape
What do you craft along to?
The "RISK" and "Serial" podcasts when I'm at work. at home its whatever the background noise is, so cartoons or "House Hunters". my favorite time to craft is on car trips though that is the best.

Favorite Craft
I enjoy crocheting/knitting/knooking the most for relaxing, I keep my whole family in hats and scarves and dolls and toys. it is wicked cold here and I find it magical that I can make a pile of string into a cozy cap or the worlds longest scarf. I prefer crochet over knitting for sculptural properties- when I make a care bear or dolls of my favorite character, I just cant believe that they look so awesome and accurate.

If you could learn one new craft or make anything, what would it be?
i really want to learn how to do the colored two sided tapestry crochet. that technique has eluded me forever.
Who are your crafting heroes?
Grandma! Hands down! my Grandma Fred was a life long crafter and she had me sewing by age 5. She was always in church quilting circles and made baby blankets for over 50 grandchildren and great grandchildren, and countless blankets for her kids. also they were ALL hand embroidered.
Twinkie Chan is awesome, and I think Allison Hoffman (AmiguruMe) is totally killing it. The MochiMochi series is also just brilliant. Those are the projects I just cant resist.
