Just got one too - Woodledoodledandy (the same as Etsy - well, I'd forget otherwise)
Happy B day \o/
Lovely jewellery Rhibi
Barry M do nice foundation in a pot which I find easier to work with than one in a tube. Although I also have a green tinted one for my cheeks which is in a tube (I think thats number 7) but I find that harder to control the amount I get. I invariably get too much and it ends up on a cotton wool ball.
Courtney - I put it on my moisturising my face a few minutes before and then putting a few dots around my face (normally cheeks, chin and above my nose) and then rubbing it in. I only use a little otherwise you can end up looking like you've plastered it on. I have a photo on my student id card from when I was at college where my face is a different colour to my neck! lol - obviously still getting the hang of it in those days!
I didn't even occur to me to check you tube. Thanks. That will get me past the bit of understanding the shorthand.
I'm so chuffed it arrived in one piece and you liked everything I bet mine is waiting for me at work on Monday. I hope so. I get all packages my packages sent to work as the post to our flat is awful. Whoever delivers for us won't buzz to let us know we have something to sign for, they just stick a card through the letter box telling us to collect it from the depot which is a nightmare to get to if you don't drive.
Happy Birthday \o/
Some have gone in the post to you and I have a couple more to post
Disaster Jess posted this question recently and Craftarella did reply. I can't for the life of me find the question or I'd point you to it, but from what I remember the blogs aren't totally up and running smoothly which is why everyone hasn't got one. They did give instructions how to get one but I can't remember those sorry I also got the impression that once the problems with them had been ironed out they would be more widely available.
The sites not just for people to post how tos. You can also share pictures of your creations as well as post pictures of any versions of other peoples how tos. I can understand that this may be frustrating if you want to have a go at making something some one has posted and they haven't said how they did it but most people will respond to questions or requests for how tos.
If you've got a doily or something doily like check out the how to on here for using a doily as a stencil and spraying bleach over to get a really cool pattern on a t shirt. I haven't explained that well but just type doily into the keywords bit when your on the projects and it will probably come up.
Thank you. I don't think I was increasing, well initially I think I was and then forgot :/ Probably went to cook dinner of something. I need to get the hang of the short hand used in patterns too. It took me a while with knitting.
KK well said I have no problem at all with recipes being posted from books. Me and my friends pass recipes that way all the time. There are so many books out there and so many that have probably gone out of print or aren't available everywhere its cool to see them posted up here. I think so long as you give the credit to the person who created the recipe then cool. I prefer seeing peoples own pics too, I don't always trust the ones in recipe books.
I didn't enjoy From Hell that much. I thought he had a slightly dud accent. His accents have got much better over time. Finding Neverland he was amazing in, such a good Scottish accent. He should have got the oscar for that.
