No problem Are you newer folks familiar with how swaps work?

When we get to Feb I will pair everyone who wants to be involved up. I will then ask everyone to send me their addresses and I will partner everyone up. Then everyone goes through their wardrobes to find a t-shirt of some kind that they don't wear but can still fit into. You then have until the 17th Feb to send this to your partner. Everyone then has until the 21st April to refashion the t-shirt their partner has sent them and send it back. I hope thats clearer.
Fancy having a bit of geeky fun then try this:->
Go to http://konamicodesites.com/
To enter you need to use your cursor keys and type this (i'm using u for up, d for down, l for left and r for right and enter for enter)
where it says ba just type ba in lower case
uuddlrlrbaenter
it will let you into a whole list of websites that use konami code and when you type it in odd things happen
Have fun
I've never heard of this but I'm intrigued, what is it? On a side issue, how did Robert Patterson become some kind of heart throb cos he's not at all attractive - just thought I'd slot that in
I love Feline (who were from London)
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/ITGPeFvPRAQ&hl=en_GB&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/ITGPeFvPRAQ&hl=en_GB&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
Grog from Feline went on to form Die So Fluid which are also brilliant

Also this is one of my best friends from school - Lisa Redford

And another favourite of mine. Peter Murphy - I absolutely adore Bauhaus but I thought I'd post him as a solo artist as I've seen him recently and he is a massive hero of mine

I'm having problems with scrobbling at the mo - its only registering the stuff I play off the site so I don't know what thats about. Is anyone else having problems?
I think http://www.livingcreatively.com.au/ does projects also http://blog.craftzine.com/ does how to's and has pictures of some really cool stuff. Also Threadbanger does loads of tutorials and craft projects. Also http://busymitts.com/ is an online crafters community thingy like this. I don't know if you can upload how to's but you can make join in with forum discussion boards and post creations.
I have also bought sweeties and just need to get on and craft a few bits and bobs. I'm going to get going quickly on this as I only have so much will power and its dwindling by the hour It wouldn't be much of a sweetie swap if I ate the sweeties! I shall be adopting Laurels mantra too

No its not too late. I wasn't going to get this going till the end of the month so plenty of time.
I had a look and it doesn't look like she's posted a how to which is a shame. You could message her directly and see if you has a pattern.
Is that Dani M or Dani? If its Dani M I will message her and see if she's still okay. If its Dani then I'm afraid I had to take her take her off this swap as noone had seen or heard anything from her. She's also MIA from another swap.
Yeah no problem - I'm in the UK too
Thank u. Everything else is great tho
How about one of the poeple who runs the Make Lounge in London - I think the place is such a cool idea I'd love to see the people behind it.
I also love Wardrobe Refashion and would love Nicola from that site to be a Crafty Superstar. As for people on this site I really like Carly's work and here website. I can't remember her screenname but she's done a lot of refashions and does really thorough instructions - she recently made a couple of dresses from mens shirts. I hope you know who I mean
I really like most of the changes on the site and love this site generally. I do however have two little niggles (sorry) - I'm not that keen on the new way the boards are layed out. I think its partly my fault because I'm probably a bit lazy but I keep missing threads, especially in the swap section, because the top four come up. I think its a little deceptive as it looks like nothing news been added to your thread but it can be due to a busy day and lots of posts being made on other threads since yours. Also the number of characters in each title of a thread seems a little small as a lot of the thread titles don't fit within that number so they don't make sense until you click on them. I know these aren't big issues and they might only be mine but as I said they are just little niggles. They don't stop me using the site as I love it but I thought I would let you know.
