Tim Burton's Next Film
The Lion King is my favorite<3
It's actually pretty funny too! And Shrek, even though it isn't Disney, I love it!
I loved all of them, Aladin too!
I always loved Snow White best, the evil queen was so cool! And Pocahontas. I went as her to a fancy dress party a while ago and had to make my own outfit =P
I agree, Snow White is really good. I'm not a big fan of computer animation, and that's all that is really out there now. I love the animation for Snow White, but it did take a very long time haha
Alice will be like Beowolf the way they filmed it with computer animation added on, I think. Need to see Beowolf still! I love pixar films apart from Cars, didn't like the look of that. It seems like they can just do more that way rather then with other types of aniimation.
I went as Pocahontas once to a fancy dress thing when I was little. My mum had this beige tshirt that I wore as a dress and she cut it at the bottom so it was like |_||_||_| that all the way round if you get what I mean and then I had a little thing to put around my head with a feather attached.
Oh I didn't like the Beowulf thing! =(
I had to customise mine. I bought this:
But it's not as small at it looks, it's HUGE. And there's a nasty tacky gem thing on the front. And it doesn't look anything like the proper Pocahontas dress (like this)
And I don't have a picture of the finished product but basically I had to make it a LOT smaller and so it went over one shoulder. It took me aaages
I just watched Disney's Alice In Wonderland and I found it quite dull really.
Maybe the book is better, I presume Tim Burton is going by the book though.
oh the BOOK is amazing! AND I LOVE POCHAHONTAS! I was looking for it a while ago [while I was reliving my childhood with movies] but I couldn't find it. I think my crazy aunt took it when she moved out.
I'm just now about to was tim burton's the Corpse Bride, and I've heard a lot of bad things, but I still want to watch it.
I LOVE Corpse Bride. I think a lot of people didn't like it cause it's too similar to Nightmare Before Christmas and people have that absurd glorifying of it. I'm not saying it's not fantastic, but still, it gets ridiculous
I saw Corpse Bride before Nightmare so I actually thought Corpse Bride was better (don't shooot!), I like both though. I love zero!
Yea, I totally agree that that's probably why people are all iffy about it.
But, I have to say, I think that Nightmare Before Christmas was better, only because I like the storyline better. I like the way everything flows and the animation better.
I still think Corpse Bride was AMAZING though.
AND QUEEN, HOW HAD YOU NOT SEEN NIGHTMARE BEFORE CORPSE BRIDE?! UGH, you had a deprived childhood [says the person who has never had a smore, lol].
I didn't like the animation in Corpse Bride, the acting of the characters was pretty stilted and the songs were so boring and rubbish in my opinion. I had such high hopes for it, what with Johnny being in it too!
Oh I watched the first batman(1989) that Tim directed and it was rubbish! I haven't seen it in around 15 years and it did not stand up well. Jack's Joker was pretty crap, a different time I suppose.
Nooo I love the songs in Corpse Bride! One of them makes me cry, the one when she's like "I know that I am dead but it seems that I still have some tears to shed"
um... I've never had a smore either! OMG I IZ WORFLES!
I like that song too KK and it nearly made me cry.
Mars Attacks was one by Burton too, I couldn't get into it, I couldn't get into Big Fish either the first time round. I'll have to watch Mars Attacks SMORES!
I love mars attacks, but mostly because where the aliens landed was Pahrump, Nv. I grew up there. (=
