Turkey Mince Pepper Onion Garlic Breadcrumbs Eggs Oil

Can be made ahead and reheated in the oven later. There are no measurements as this is just add what you like.

Instructions

1. 

   Mix together mince, pepper, onion, garlic breadcrumbs & egg. Form into balls.

2. 

   Dip balls in egg.

3. 

   Coat in breadcrumbs. Squeeze into patties.

4. 

   Heat oil. Fry cakes in oil until cooked through.

5. 

   Serve.
