this is my nacho dip I like to make, my friends call it the anti salsa...
cook a skinless chicken breast and then chop it finely while the chicken is cooking, boil the rice
in a large bowl, throw the rice and chicken together and mix it well. Add the spinage dip and continue mixing until the dip is spread evenly serve with nacho chips
