you can make your pretzel into any shape you want. i got this recipe from school. they are really good.

You will need

1 Package Of Yeast 1 cup Warm Water (105 115 Degrees) 1 tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Salt 4 cup Flour 1 Egg(s) beaten Course Salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit.

2. In a large bowl add yeast slowly to warm water. DO NOT STIR! Soak for 3-4 minutes until dissolved. Add sugar and salt stir well.

3. Stir flour with a mixing fork. Mix until all the flour is well combined. Place dough on a floured surface and knead for 5-10 minutes.

4. Cut lumps of dough the size of large marshmallows.

5. Roll into ropes and shape.

6. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with course salt.

7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Enjoy! (makes 16 pretzels)
