Step 1I used some studs from an old bracelet so the studs were pretty small, but i also used some studs from a belt.

Step 2
Just pull a stud off (you can probably use iron on studs from a haberdashery too) and make sure the prongs on it are sticking out.

Step 3Place it where you wish to have it then push it through the shoe, then use the scissors to fold the prongs over.
Et Voila!
