Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180° C. Mix flour, baking soda, and cinnamon together in a medium-sized bowl. Set aside.

    For the topping, mix sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

    In a large bowl, cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and lemon juice and mix. Add the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

    Roll the dough in balls (~ 2 cm in diameter) and roll around the cinnamon sugar topping. Place the balls on a baking sheet (~ 5 cm apart) and bake in a preheated oven for about 10 min or until sides are golden brown.
