Shrimp In White Wine Sauce

You will need

Salt 1 tsp Chilli Flakes 1 cup freshly squeeezed Lemon Juice 1 cup dry White Wine 3 tbsp fresh Oregano 1 Onion(s) 3 tbsp Butter 500 g large Shrimp

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a skillet, add diced onion and saute it.

2. Add shrimp, season with chili and salt. Add wine, lemon juice and oregano. After 2-3 minutes increase the heat and cook until 1/3 of wine is reduced.

3. 

   Serve with fresh baguette.
