I guess it is ok I put this up here. I learned how to make this dish from a video game I bought called Personal Trainer: Cooking. It is 440 Calories and now one of my favorites.

You will need

10 Slices Bacon 2 Medium Potatoes 1 Large Onion(s) 2 Carrot(s) 1 qt 3/4 Vegetable Stock 1 pinch Salt 1 pinch Pepper 1 Ground Nutmeg 2 1/2 tbsps Butter 2 tsp finely chopped Parsley
