If so, you might want to have a go at making a Mew quilt block! After the Minecraft quilt turned free SewAlong at my blog, (all the links are still there, with over 50 blocks!), my son wanted to know what fun quilt we could plan together next. He was super into Pokemon Go, so we decided to do a Pokemon quilt, using some of the original characters. It's also a free SewAlong over at my blog. (click the website button next to my username above to go to the SewAlong page) Today, I wanted to share with you, the tutorial for stitching up Mew. It's a 20" block so the cutting takes a bit of time, but it is all straight seams and kid friendly sewing, if your kids have enough patience to tackle a block this big! (20" finished)
