Instructions

    Cut bread into chunks. Layer half the bread into a dish.

    Top with cheese. Then add the remaining bread on top.

    In a jug mix together the eggs, milk, honey, cinnamon & vanilla.

    Pour over the bread. You can cover & refrigeratorate now or continue with the recipe.

    Make the topping... Mix together the flour, sugar & cinnamon.

    Cut the butter into the flour mixture.

    Pour over the bread mixture. Cover & refrigeratorate overnight.

    Heat oven 180/350 degrees. Place dish in oven covered with foil for 30 mins. Remove foil & cook for a further 30 mins.

    Serve hot with maple syrup.
