An Easy No-Sew Tutu
Just Thought I'd Make A Quick Tutorial. It Looks Like Alot Of Steps But It's Not Really I Was Just Being Thorough.
I Tried Explaining Things...If You Have Questions Feel Free To Ask.

You Will Need

Step 1To Make This Tutu You'll Need:
Tulle - 2 Yards Of Each Color But You Probably Won't Use It All.
Elastic
Measuring Tape
Strong Quilting Needle
Thread - I Use White
A Clip - Optional, I Use It To Hold The Elastic Together. -
Step 2Take Your Elastic & Measure It To The Length You'd Like It To Be.
This Is Usually A Waist Measurement That Someone Has Given Me Because I Don't Make These For Myself.

Step 3Clip Or Hold The Ends Together & Sew Them. It Doesn't Have To Look Perfect Just Make Sure It's Secure.

Step 4Take Your Tulle & Cut It Into Strips.
For This One I Used Bright Blue, Green, Purple, & Hot Pink. -
Step 5I Stretch My Elastic Across The Back Of A Chair.
Or If You're Making A Small One, For Say A Child, You Can Stretch Around Your Thigh.

Step 6Fold The Strips In Half & Loop It Around The Elastic By Pulling The Ends Through The Loop.

Step 7Keep Repeating Step 6 With As Many Colors As You Choose.
I'm Choosing To Use 2 Of Each Color To Make The Colors More Prominent.

Step 8Keep Adding And Adding And Adding...

Step 9Here's The Final Product.
This Was Made For A 32 Inch Waist But Will Stretch To Much Larger.
Did it once, didn't want to again. That chair tip would have saved me a lot of work. I might have another crack at it.
