Instructions

  1. Watch the video.

You’re gonna need: two eggs 3 tblspns vegitable oil 1 tsp vanilla ½ cup sifted flour 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon salt ½ cup granulated sugar 2 ½ tsp water ½ tsp green fortune coloring and a muffin pan

  3. Small 6253

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Discard yolks or save for a yummy Irish Cream Crème brulee, Add the vanilla and the oil. Beat until frothy but not firm Add all the dry ingredients, sift flour into bowl, and mix so there’re no lumps. Add the green water, blend. Keep stirring until the mixture most closely resembles pancake batter

Next, on a well oiled baking sheet, carefully spoon out the cookie batter into circles about 3 inches in diameter. I find 3 discs per tray works best. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.

  5. Small 6259

Now’s the time to extract the cookies from the baking sheet, you must work quickly because the cookies will harden and make folding impossible. Starting from the edges carefully but not slowly loosen the discs from the sheet. Some of you might want to wear gloves, I have tough man hands, so I can bear the fresh form the oven cookie heat. Once freed place the prewritten precut fortune in the middle of the cookie, fold the edges till they meet, pinch the subsequent edges together...
