Step 1Cut under the pit of the oversized tee.

Step 2Then cut the bottom piece of the remaining shirt

Step 3Now u should have a looonq rectanqle.
A pic isnt really neccesary but here u qo. lol

Step 4Then cut a biq whole in the middle.
Remember your head and shoulders have to fit through thol whol so cut accordingly.
Also this is what u might need the bowl for.

Step 5Now; the trickiest part is putting the vest on.
Just slip it on your shoulders from behind. A strip of fabric should be behind your nech like in the pic
