put everything in a jar and mix with that blue thing you see in the picture, that i don't know how to say in english, put in a bottle and in the fridge and serve very cold. every time you serve you have to shake the bottle you can keep it in the fridge for some weeks,or months but it never last more than a couple of days (sorry about my english but i'm a little rusty)
