Sweet, moist and delicious. It's best to leave to marinate overnight.

You will need

1 lb Chicken Breast 3 cloves Garlic Grated 1 tbsp Ginger 3 tbsp Soya Sauce 1/4 cup Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions

1. 

   Mix all ingredients together. Leave to marinade for at least 1 hr.

2. 

   Heat pan. Cook chicken until cooked through.

3. 

   Pour in remaining marinade. Cook until thickened.

4. 

   Serve.
