I worked at Waterworld Theme Park for a few years. Because i worked there and saw how theymade funnel cakes AND HAD TO MAKE THEM, I can't eat them anymore x.x
My boyfriend's mom gave me the recipe she uses... if you want to try more of a dessert version, you can drizzle the batter into the oil so that it is actually submerged completely. Flip it once or twice in there until it's lightly golden, then take it out and put it on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil. You can put a little powdered sugar on top too. Not too healthy, but yummy for a rare treat. Mmmm...
LOOKS SO GOOD! Just one question. Do you think you could put how many eggs and how much flour? Just wondering. Or is a play by ear recipe? Cuze I'm good at those! lol Great Job! Can't wait to try them out!
