  1. Step 1

Make a template from paper/card to help you when it comes to making the felt pieces. Get a piece of paper and cut out a rectangle that measures 7.5 cm x 12.5 cm
    **or 3" x 5"

You can make a leaf if you want to add to your flower when you have finished

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

From the rectangle templates you have made cut out two pieces of felt (have two different colours such as pink and purple)
Cut out one pink and one purple

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

Next you want to thread the needle with your cotton, you can use a sewing machine to make it quick

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

Fold one piece of felt in half and sew along the bottom

  5. Step 5

Do this to the other colour of felt

  6. Step 6

    Step 6

Now you want to cut along the top about every 1cm along or every 1/2" along, do this to both pieces of felt

  7. Step 7

    Step 7

Next you want to fold one piece of felt which you have sewn at the bottom and cut, fold this will make the inside of the flower

  8. Step 8

Do the same with the other colour BUT do it around the other one you have made

  9. Step 9

    Step 9

Now thread your needle and sew along the bottom off the flower, if this is really tricky then you could glue it together with fabric glue

  10. Step 10

    Step 10

    ALL DONE :D

Now you could sew it onto your shoe, which I did, make it into a brooch hair bobble or hairclip, clip it onto bags and so on :D
